Inside Real Estate Launches New Live Chat Feature on Circlepix Property Websites to Increase Interactions Between Agents and Prospects

Inside Real Estate announced the release of a new Live Chat feature for its Circlepix product, the leader in automated listing and social media marketing solutions for the real estate industry, to generate real-time leads on listing property websites.

Inside Real Estate, a leader in software solutions for the real estate industry, unveiled today a powerful new lead generation feature within its Circlepix product: the Listing Tour Chat Feature. The new chat feature is contained within the Property Website, which is a landing page dedicated to an agent’s listing. By incorporating the Listing Tour Chat Feature, Circlepix clients will be able to increase communication opportunities with prospective buyers and sellers who are actively viewing listing property websites. The ability to chat one-on-one while prospective buyers are searching and shopping on an active listing gives a unique advantage to agents, and has proven to be a powerful lead generation tool.

The chat window is real-time, stays on top of the listing as the lead scrolls through the page, and allows agents to interact with leads via text message. Leads can click on the chat icon and enter questions, which get sent to the agent via a text message and includes the MLS number and property address. The agent responds via text which shows up in the chat window, giving prospects the instant answers they need. The feature is available on web and mobile and can be turned on at the agent level, with listing level control coming soon.

Since real estate agents are always on the move, having a way to interact with leads viewing their listings in real time is essential. The ability to answer questions immediately via a text message helps them maintain their current relationships with their clients and foster a positive experience with new leads.
