In the world of real estate tech, the G2 Review Platform is like the Michelin Guide for restaurants – it's synonymous with the “best of the best,” and there are strict guidelines for earning reviews and awards. So, we’re excited to share that Inside Real Estate and kvCORE Platform has once again received top awards by G2 – earning a total of 8 badges across multiple categories in the Winter 2022 report.
We’re incredibly proud, and here’s why.
Customer reviews are wonderful, but if they exist on random websites there’s no reason to trust them. G2, on the other hand, is the #1 business solutions review site for a reason. They rely on first-party unfiltered, unbiased reviews from verified customers using platforms, including kvCORE. The structure and consistency of the G2 Crowd quarterly reports and trust badges matter because they provide merit to real customer feedback, lending meaningful credibility to our company and kvCORE. Here’s an explanation of three of the badges we earned to help you understand why they matter so much.
This badge is awarded based on customer satisfaction scores, including quality of reviews and age of reviews received, plus overall customer satisfaction. That score is combined with year-over-year employee growth, review growth, social growth, and web growth. kvCORE received an overall 77% score (9 points higher than our closest competitor), and category leader. Bonus: our review growth came in at 98%.
As we've worked with more and more enterprise-level customers, we've learned these large corporations each have very different needs. By offering more advanced features and emphasizing the customer experience, we’ve reached recognition at the Enterprise level – all while also earning badges as a high performer at the Small Business and Mid-Market levels.
